#NETWORK - @digitalocean have now acknowledged the outage, which is affecting a number of datacentre facilities globally. We are awaiting further troubleshooting & urgent resolution from them. You can follow the issue via their Status page:

#PLAYER - We continue to work on an ongoing issue with our Player & Studio service. As an interim measure, you can generate a temporary player here: https://t.co/0MvK4Hs5hR
We will update all clients once Player is functional again.

UPDATE 21:12 - https://t.co/AmVMlp6E3M URL’s should now begin to start resolving again, there may be a slight delay, but services are slowly coming back online with additional failover redundancy. Thank you for your patience, it is hugely appreciated.

UPDATE 19:40: Our backup restoration is in progress, we're completing this process as quickly as possible. As an interim, we are already actively developing a failover system to prevent future occurances and expect this to be deployed this evening.

UPDATE 18:29 - Troubleshooting has not made any substansive progress in the past 30 minutes, the decision has been made to revert to a recent backup of some core network configuration to prevent further disruption. We will provide a full ETA shortly.
