#NETWORK - We are currently conducting some scheduled maintenance on our client area, meaning clients may not be able to access the area for a short duration. No client services are affected and we will post here when service is restored.
INFRA: Following our major outage on 24th Oct 22, our main website is now fully redundant and will remain accessible in the event of another outage. We work to also migrate our client area systems to alternate infrastructure for maximum redundancy.
Good morning! Our client area is on a slight go-slow whilst we complete a few improvements on our infrastructure following yesterdays outage - it may take a longer for you to complete normal tasks via the client area, but we're working on this and expect normal service ASAP.
21:03 - ALL services are now restored, we are monitoring extremely closely for any reoccurances of issues.
UPDATE - We're making steady but effective progress with our outage, and expect service to be fully restored before 5pm BST. We'll keep you updated here.
By way of a brief update, we're working to restore service to our main website & client area. As a knock-on effect, our HTTPS https://t.co/jhwS9MHA3N proxies are also unavailable. Standard format stream URL's will continue to function as normal. 1/2
